The Four Steps

1. Pick your new agent. Must be an individual (18+) or business entity with a physical Mississippi street address. We qualify.

2. File the change form. Submit it to the Mississippi Secretary of State at sos.ms.gov. The form identifies your entity, your current agent, and your new agent.

3. Pay the $10 fee. Submitted with your change form.

4. Verify the update. Check the Secretary of State's business database to confirm your new agent appears on record.

Once processed, your new agent receives all future documents. Your previous agent is no longer responsible.
