On the LLC side, § 79-29-113 requires a registered office and a registered agent whose business office is "identical with the registered office."
Practical translation: the address on file has to be a real Mississippi street address where the agent actually operates. A PO box by itself does not satisfy the statute.

Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
